About Healthy By Design
Healthy By Design (HBD), LLC was founded in 2014 with the intention of helping others find balance and wellness in their lives and prevent or break free from the cycle of chronic illness. HBD uses concepts of Functional Medicine and evidence based nutrition to help clients succeed in goal setting. Services are provided to individuals, families and groups and are conducted by a Registered Dietitian and certified Yoga Instructor.
