Mindful Eating & The Slow Down Diet

Do you struggle with finding a way to find a deep, happy and healthy connection with your body and food? Creating a healthy relationship with food and body is a foundation of health and wellness as well as prevention of chronic disease. For those who have dieted for years, or just don’t know how to listen to their internal cues for making healthy choices with food – this workshop series is for you! It was developed to help you explore this connection so you can finally discover peace with food and nourish the body on a deeper level than ever. We will meet once per week for 4 weeks to deepen our relationship with food and body using a breakthrough program called The Slow Down Diet, a book by author and Eating Psychologist, Marc David. Marc is world renowned for his influence on healing the body through his transformative concepts about how we view food and its influence on our metabolic potential. .
