Holiday Nog (egg-free!)
This egg-free, date-sweetened holiday nog is sure to blow your company’s socks off. Enjoy it with or without rum.

Instructions
  1. Place dates and cashews in small bowl. Cover with just enough water to cover. Let soak for 5-10 minutes until dates soften.
  2. Do not drain dates and nuts. Add them to blender along with remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend on HIGH for 2 minutes or until all visible chunks of nuts or dates is gone. Nog should be smooth and creamy!
  4. Pour into two classes and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Stir and garnish with additional nutmeg before serving! For a sweeter touch, add a tsp of honey or stevia at time of service.
